Use fictional information only. The school reviews each note and sets the attendance status.
A few things to know.
Find the day you need.
Search by student name, set a date range, or filter by attendance status. Date filters always refer to the day missed.
Open a submitted note.
Select View note to read the document and its review status. You can download the same file from the viewer.
Understanding the two statuses
Attendance: Excused, Pending review, or Unexcused. This is the school's decision about a missed day.
Note review: Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Needs Correction. This describes the document. An absence can have a note attached and still be unexcused.
Missing note: No document is linked to that absence. One note can also cover multiple dates for the same student.
